Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send to only specific channels based on severity?
Yes! Add a condition node to check the alert severity. Low priority might go to Slack only, while critical alerts broadcast to all channels including SMS.
How do I manage recipient lists?
You can pass recipients in the trigger payload, or configure static recipient lists in each notification node. For dynamic routing, use a lookup to fetch recipients based on alert type.
Is there rate limiting for SMS?
The workflow respects your Twilio rate limits. For high-volume alerts, consider batching SMS sends or using Twilio's broadcast features.
