Specway is a product of Modlific. By accessing or using Specway ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Specway provides a visual workflow automation platform that allows users to:

• Build automated workflows using a drag-and-drop interface
• Connect to third-party APIs and services
• Export workflows to production-ready code
• Execute workflows on triggers or schedules
• Access AI-powered workflow generation features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You retain ownership of any workflows, configurations, and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.3 Exported Code

Code exported from the Service is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. We make no claims to ownership of exported code.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.

6.2 Credits

AI-powered features consume credits. Credits are included with your subscription plan and reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

6.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service allows integration with third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPECWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specway, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
