Templates help you get started quickly with pre-built workflows and forms. Browse the marketplace or use official templates.

Finding Templates

From the Dashboard

  1. Click New Workflow or New Form
  2. Select Start from Template
  3. Browse categories or search

From the Marketplace

  1. Click Marketplace in the sidebar
  2. Filter by Templates
  3. Browse categories:
    • Notifications
    • Data Processing
    • API Integrations
    • Automations

Using a Template

Preview First

  1. Click on any template card
  2. Review the description and included nodes
  3. Check required integrations
  4. See example use cases

Install the Template

  1. Click Use Template
  2. Name your new workflow
  3. Click Create

The template is copied to your account. You can modify it without affecting the original.

Configure Connections

Most templates need you to connect your accounts:

  1. Look for nodes with warning icons
  2. Click each to configure
  3. Connect required integrations
  4. Fill in your specific settings

Customize

Templates are starting points. Feel free to:

  • Add or remove nodes
  • Modify conditions
  • Change notification channels
  • Adjust timing

Popular Templates

Form to Slack

Sends a Slack message when a form is submitted. Great for contact forms, feedback, and signups.

Scheduled Reports

Generates and emails reports on a schedule. Connect to your data source and customize the format.

API Webhook Handler

Receives webhooks from external services and processes the data. Includes error handling and logging.

Data Sync

Keeps data synchronized between two services. Handles conflicts and provides audit logging.

Creating Your Own Templates

Have a workflow others might find useful?

  1. Open your workflow
  2. Click Share > Publish as Template
  3. Add description and category
  4. Submit for review

Approved templates appear in the marketplace.
