Real talk: running a marketplace costs money. Stripe alone charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Add servers, support, review teams, and fraud prevention, and 10% is about as low as we can go while building something sustainable. We'd rather offer 90% forever than 95% for a year before shutting down.
How Payouts Work
We use Stripe Connect to handle all payments. Here's the timeline:
Buyer Makes Purchase
The buyer completes checkout. Stripe processes the payment and runs fraud checks.
Payment Clears (24-48 hours)
Stripe holds funds briefly to verify the transaction and prevent fraud. This protects both you and buyers.
Payout Initiated
Once cleared, your 90% is queued for payout. No monthly batching - payouts happen on a rolling basis.
Money in Your Bank (~2 days)
Standard bank transfer times apply. Most US bank accounts receive funds in 2 business days. International timing varies.
No Waiting on Thresholds
Unlike platforms that hold your money until you hit $50 or $100, we payout from sale one. Sell a $10 template? $9 is on its way to you. No games.
