Access your complete billing history. Download invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

Viewing Invoices

Invoice List

Find all invoices at Settings > Billing > Invoices:

  • Date of invoice
  • Invoice number
  • Amount charged
  • Status (paid, pending, failed)

Invoice Details

Click any invoice to see:

  • Line items
  • Tax information
  • Payment method used
  • Transaction ID

Downloading Invoices

Single Invoice

  1. Go to Invoices
  2. Find the invoice
  3. Click Download PDF
  4. Save to computer

Bulk Download

Download multiple:

  1. Select invoices (checkboxes)
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. Receive ZIP file

Date Range Export

Export by period:

  1. Click Export
  2. Select date range
  3. Choose format (PDF/CSV)
  4. Download

Invoice Contents

Standard Fields

Every invoice includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Due date
  • Payment status

Itemized Charges

  • Subscription fee
  • Additional seats
  • Credit add-ons
  • Overages (if any)

Tax Information

  • Subtotal
  • Tax rate and amount
  • Total charged

Your Information

  • Account name
  • Billing address
  • Tax ID (if provided)

Invoice Status

Paid

  • Payment successful
  • Receipt available
  • No action needed

Pending

  • Awaiting payment
  • Due date shown
  • Pay to avoid interruption

Failed

  • Payment didn't process
  • Update payment method
  • Grace period active

Refunded

  • Amount returned
  • Reason noted
  • Credit applied

Email Receipts

Automatic Emails

After each payment:

  • Receipt sent to billing email
  • PDF attachment included
  • Transaction summary

Managing Email

Change receipt email:

  1. Go to Billing Information
  2. Update billing email
  3. Save changes

Resend Receipt

To resend:

  1. Find invoice
  2. Click Resend Email
  3. Check inbox

Payment History

All Transactions

View complete history:

  • Successful payments
  • Failed attempts
  • Refunds
  • Credits applied

Each entry shows:

  • Date and time
  • Amount
  • Payment method
  • Status

Billing Questions

Understanding Charges

Common questions:

  • Prorated charges: Partial month when changing plans
  • Usage charges: Overages beyond plan limits
  • Add-on charges: Additional credits purchased

Disputing Charges

If you see an error:

  1. Review invoice details
  2. Check subscription history
  3. Contact support with invoice number

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Credit add-ons non-refundable
  • Exceptions reviewed case-by-case

Requesting Refund

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide invoice number
  3. Explain situation
  4. Await review

Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Credited to original payment method
  • 5-10 business days
  • Confirmation email sent

Add tax information:
