Viewing Invoices
Invoice List
Find all invoices at Settings > Billing > Invoices:
- Date of invoice
- Invoice number
- Amount charged
- Status (paid, pending, failed)
Invoice Details
Click any invoice to see:
- Line items
- Tax information
- Payment method used
- Transaction ID
Downloading Invoices
Single Invoice
- Go to Invoices
- Find the invoice
- Click Download PDF
- Save to computer
Bulk Download
Download multiple:
- Select invoices (checkboxes)
- Click Download Selected
- Receive ZIP file
Date Range Export
Export by period:
- Click Export
- Select date range
- Choose format (PDF/CSV)
- Download
